This Privacy Policy explains how Counseling Solutions of Texas (“CSTX Behavioral Health, PLLC,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information through our public website and marketing channels. It does not cover protected health information (PHI) created or received in the course of therapy services. PHI is governed separately by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices, which is provided to all clients at intake and available upon request.

If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying “Appeal” to our response. Beginning January 1, 2025, we will also recognize supported universal opt-out signals.
Data Retention
Website contact and usage data are retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described above and to comply with law. Clinical record retention is governed by Texas LMFT rules and is explained in our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect information collected through the website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Children’s Privacy
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided information, contact us to request deletion.
